Sacred route timeline

  1. Day 01 – Delhi to Haridwar · Gateway to the pilgrimage

    Arrive in Delhi, then drive to Haridwar. Check in and, if time permits, feel the spiritual energy of Mother Ganga along the ghats.

  2. Day 02 – Haridwar to Barkot · Into the Himalayas

    Scenic drive via Dehradun and Mussoorie—hills, rivers, and valleys accompany you to Barkot.

  3. Day 03 – Yamunotri darshan · First Dham

    Drive to Janki Chatti, then trek / pony / doli to Yamunotri. Holy dip in thermal springs and prayers at the shrine. Return to Barkot.

  4. Day 04 – Barkot to Uttarkashi · Spiritual pause

    Serene town on the Bhagirathi—visit Vishwanath Temple and other local spiritual sites.

  5. Day 05 – Gangotri darshan · Origin of the Ganges

    Drive through Harsil valley to Gangotri—temple darshan, holy dip, and Himalayan panoramas. Return to Uttarkashi.

  6. Day 06 – Uttarkashi to Guptkashi · Journey continues

    Wind through mountain roads to Guptkashi; evening at leisure amid peaceful landscapes.

  7. Day 07 – Kedarnath journey · Trek to the sacred shrine

    Proceed to Gaurikund, then trek / pony / helicopter to Kedarnath—the heart of the Yatra. Basic accommodation at altitude.

    Morning darshan, then descend back to Guptkashi to rest and recover.

  9. Day 09 – Guptkashi to Badrinath

    Drive to Badrinath and absorb the divine atmosphere of this revered Dham.
